How we Serve YOU
- Write Broker Price Opinion reports ( BPOs)
- Inspect the property and recommend necessary repairs
- Develop marketing campaign and recommend for approval
- Maintain a viable broker network to expedite property disposition
- Review offers, counteroffers and advise on acceptance
- Maintain a well-documented log of events and actions pertaining to the property disposition
- Provide useful, timely feedback to your REO manager about market conditions and problem areas
- Prepare analysis of financial, marketing and physical status of property
- Supervise repairs, including contracting and payments
- Assist with the management of the eviction and/or buy out of occupants
- Coordinate insurance claims if needed
- Conduct field reviews of properties to ensure performance/compliance of brokers and vendors
- Supervise the property management of properties
- Manage the closing process to assure REO sale closes on schedule
- Perform other duties as required to serve your needs
